At SODO Atelier, we want your crystal pieces to be enjoyed and cherished for years to come. That’s why selected SODO Atelier bracelets come with our Free Lifetime Restring Service.

What is covered?

Our Free Lifetime Restring Service applies to eligible bracelets originally strung using crystal elastic string.

There is no service fee for restringing these bracelets for the lifetime of the piece.

Please note that this complimentary service covers standard elastic restringing only. Replacement of missing or damaged crystals, charms, accessories, hardware or other components is not included and may be chargeable.

Restring & Repair Charges for Other Designs

Pieces that require other restringing methods, specialised construction or hardware are not covered under the complimentary lifetime elastic restring service.

The following service fees apply:

• Soft Bangle Restringing: S$15
• Handphone Strap / Hardware Repair: S$15 onwards, where upgraded or specialised hardware is required
• Replacement Crystals, Charms, Accessories or Components: Chargeable according to the replacement required

For other designs or repairs, our team will assess the item and advise you of any applicable charges before proceeding.

Important Conditions

The Free Lifetime Restring Service is applicable only to eligible SODO Atelier pieces and is subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be an original SODO Atelier product.
• Complimentary restringing applies only to bracelets using standard crystal elastic string.
• The service covers restringing workmanship and standard elastic string only.
• Missing, cracked, chipped or damaged crystals and components are not covered.
• Replacement parts and specialised materials will be charged separately where required.
• Resizing, redesigning, changing the original bracelet configuration, or adding additional crystals/components may incur additional charges.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, SODO Atelier reserves the right to decline servicing items that are excessively soiled, contaminated or unsafe to handle.
• Customers are responsible for any delivery, courier or postage costs associated with sending or returning items for restringing.
• SODO Atelier reserves the right to assess the condition of each item and determine whether it qualifies for complimentary restringing.

Simply bring your SODO Atelier piece to us or contact our team via support@sodoatelier.com or WhatsApp +65 8123 1318 before sending your item in.

Our team will inspect the piece and let you know if any replacement components or additional repair charges are required before we proceed.
