While occasional contact with water is unavoidable, prolonged exposure may affect certain mineral crystals, crystal elastic cords and silver components over time.
We recommend removing your jewellery before:
- Washing Hands
- Showering
- Hot springs & Sauna sessions
- Swimming & Water sports

Avoid Perfumes & Chemicals
Apply perfumes, lotions, hairspray and cosmetics before wearing your jewellery.
Direct contact with chemicals may gradually affect the appearance of natural crystals and metal components.
For best results, allow skincare and fragrance products to fully absorb before putting on your jewellery.

Avoid Prolonged Direct Sunlight
Certain natural crystals may gradually fade when exposed to strong sunlight for extended periods.
When not in use, store your jewellery in the given SODO Atelier pouch in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.

When not in use:
✓ Store your jewellery in the SODO Atelier pouch provided
✓ Keep away from excessive humidity
✓ Avoid storing multiple pieces together if they may scratch one another
✓ Store in a cool and dry environment

Complimentary Lifetime Restringing
All SODO Atelier bracelets come with complimentary lifetime restringing service.
If your bracelet becomes loose, stretched or requires restringing due to normal wear and tear, simply contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

- Customers are responsible for shipping or delivery costs where applicable.
- Replacement of damaged or missing beads is chargeable.
- Complimentary restringing applies only to SODO Atelier bracelets using elastic cords/crystal strings.

Lifetime Purification Programme
Signature Calibration by Master Terelyn
Signature Calibrated pieces are enrolled in the Lifetime Purification Programme.
To request purification, simply send us a photo of your Signature piece via WhatsApp.
Master Terelyn will personally perform a remote purification and charging up session for your jewellery.
